The full range of onboard SMA RF connectors launched covers various structural forms such as straight, angled, and flange installation. The fully plated golden copper shell is paired with PTFE insulation medium to achieve excellent signal transmission performance in the DC to 27GHz frequency band, while also considering mechanical vibration resistance and extreme environmental tolerance. It provides a highly reliable board end RF interconnection solution for 6G communication, industrial measurement and control, RF testing and other scenarios.
The new series of SMA connectors has been fully optimized for board end welding scenarios:
Full electrical performance: The characteristic impedance is strictly controlled within the standard range of 50 Ω, the standing wave ratio (VSWR) is ≤ 1.3, and the insertion loss is ≤ 0.1dB/GHz to avoid signal reflection and power loss caused by impedance discontinuity. It fully covers mainstream high-frequency application scenarios such as WiFi, 5.8G image transmission, and data transmission radio.
Material and process upgrade: The shell and contact parts are made of brass substrate, and the entire contact surface is gold-plated. The insulation medium is made of high-performance polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which has a stable dielectric constant and minimal temperature drift. It is not easy to deform in high and low temperature environments, and can maintain low contact resistance even after long-term use.
Mechanical reliability enhancement: adopting standard 1/4-36UNS thread locking structure, matched with PCB board positioning solder feet, the insertion and removal life can reach more than 500 times, and it can also withstand continuous vibration conditions such as drones and vehicles

This new product matrix provides a rich selection of structural options to adapt to different board layout requirements:
Direct insertion SMA female socket: Suitable for conventional vertical board output scenarios, easy assembly, excellent impedance consistency, and is the preferred solution for general RF boards.
90 degree angled SMA joint: Suitable for space limited side panel layouts, saving lateral installation space in compact devices.
Flange fixed SMA connector: attached to the PCB panel through flange hole locking, further enhancing vibration resistance and suitable for industrial outdoor equipment use.
Reverse polarity RP-SMA series: meets the interface specification requirements of wireless communication devices and avoids unauthorized antenna access to devices.
Adaptability to harsh environments
The entire series of products have passed complete reliability verification and can cope with various complex working conditions:
The working temperature covers -40 ℃~+85 ℃ and supports 24-hour continuous high and low temperature cycle impact testing.
The 48 hour salt spray test shows excellent performance and is not easily oxidized or corroded in humid and coastal salt spray environments.
The insulation impedance is ≥ 1000M Ω, and the withstand voltage reaches DC1000V/50Hz, fully meeting the RoHS2.0 environmental compliance requirements. It can be directly used for export projects.
Typical landing application scenarios
This series of connectors can be widely adapted to various industry scenarios:
Wireless data transmission and IoT telemetry terminals: Field deployed equipment can withstand temperature differences between day and night, as well as moisture erosion, significantly reducing on-site operation and maintenance failure rates.
FPV unmanned aerial vehicle and model aircraft image transmission system: Strong anti vibration locking structure to avoid image transmission jamming and disconnection caused by loose interfaces during flight.
RF test board and R&D prototype: With high plug-in life characteristics, repeated disassembly and assembly of the antenna can maintain test data consistency and avoid data drift.
Vehicle mounted and industrial wireless communication unit: Long term stable contact performance ensures the communication reliability of equipment in environments with vibration and temperature fluctuations.
